Request for Virtual Participation in Final Round due to Semester Exams

Dear HackVision Organizing Team,

I hope you are doing well.

My name is Syed Irfan Ahmed, and I am participating in the HackVision hackathon as part of Team Fortune Coders. I am very excited about this opportunity and have been actively working on our project idea.

However, I would like to inform you that my semester examinations are scheduled on April 4–5, 2026, which coincides with the offline final round of the hackathon. Due to this academic commitment, I may not be able to attend the final round in person.

I sincerely request you to kindly consider allowing me (or my team, if applicable) to participate in the final round through a virtual mode (online presentation/demo) if our project gets shortlisted. I assure you that we will be fully committed and will deliver a proper demonstration and presentation as required.

Participating in HackVision is a valuable opportunity for me and my team, and we truly wish to be a part of it despite this scheduling conflict.
